All products are shipped by Royal Mail. We aim to ship proucts within 2 days of receipt of payment. Items not in stock will take a maximum of 10 days to ship. All shipments are traceable and trace numbers will be sent by email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange your item(s) or offer a refund on the following basis:-
Refund/Exchange (Excluding postage).
Please return within 3 days. The item(s) must be intact and in its original packaging. Please include a covering letter confirming the replacement you require. The postal charges for refunds & exchanges are entirely at the buyer’s expense. If you have ordered a non stock product, you cannot cancel once production has begun.
Refund for faulty goods (Including postage).
If you find that the item is faulty, please return within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s). The item(s) must be in its original packaging, intact and UNUSED.
